After exhibiting her work in Brussels, Germany and Paris and being acclaimed internationally by the critics, such as in the L’Echo newspaper from Brussels, Christina has renewed her collection, which is on show in the Ubi Bava and Chaves Pinheiro rooms at the National Museum of Fine Arts until the 10th of this month.

In this exhibition - a mixture of installations, objects and paintings - the artist has set out to review details of the figure. Inspired by souvenirs gathered over ten years of traveling to and fro, telephone cards, visiting cards, boarding cards and credit cards with all their images of flowers, cities, landscapes and birds, all this is multiplied into endless works –especially the mouth, which Christina transforms into flower and heart in a new reading that blends together various techniques and idioms.

The Paths Gathered exhibition is comprised of oil paintings on canvases of different sizes, six banners, two installations and sculptures in which tissues, stones – such as pink and amber quartz - pearls, barbed wire and elements from nature that merge in perfect harmony to make up pieces of exquisite beauty and sensibility.
